1.) Say I love you to yourself in the mirror as many times a day as you can.

3.) Extend more respect to others and to all life.
4.) Affirm to yourself and all other you meet,"I Belong".
5.) Remind yourself, "I Am not Alone".
6.) Respect Your Body!
7.) Meditate to stay in conscious contact with your source, which always respects you.
8.) Make amends with your adversaries.
9.) Always remember the SELF in Self Respect!
10.) Be in a constant state of gratitude!
